As we continue to drive an exceptional team member experience, we have an opportunity for a confident and engaging People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a full-time or part-time max-term contract (12 months). Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role provides comprehensive administrative support to the P&C Team, acts as the first point of contact for all P&C enquiries, and assists with HR projects that enhance compliance, optimise processes, and build an engaging workplace culture.
About the Role
As an approachable and professional People & Culture Administrator, you will provide a full range of administrative support to the department, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations including the digitisation of employee records. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the team by ordering supplies and uniforms, raising purchase orders, and organising team member recognition rewards and events.
You will also assist with recruitment activities such as conducting phone screens, reference checks, preparing new starter packs, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience through efficient onboarding. In this varied position, you will be the first point of contact for team members, candidates, new starters, and leavers, delivering courteous, proactive service to internal and external stakeholders.
This role also involves supporting the communication of HR initiatives, procedures, and policies across the organisation to foster engagement and positively represent the People & Culture team. You will contribute to key projects that improve compliance, streamline systems, and strengthen workplace culture.
